Responsible business
Business, done responsibly.
Simpliy exists to make complexity feel simple through clear thinking and work that is better made. That principle extends beyond the websites, brands, campaigns and communications we create. It shapes how we treat our people, support our customers, choose suppliers and consider our wider impact.
We are proud to be accredited by the Good Business Charter, demonstrating our commitment to responsible business practices across ten important areas.

Accreditation

Proud to be a Good Business Charter accredited organisation
The Good Business Charter recognises organisations that commit to responsible practices across their employees, customers, suppliers, tax and environmental impact.
Our accreditation reflects the standards we want to maintain as Simpliy grows. It is not simply a logo for our website—it is a public commitment to make fair, transparent and responsible decisions throughout our business.

What we commit to, in plain terms.
Real Living Wage
We believe good work deserves fair pay. Everyone directly employed by Simpliy is paid at least the Real Living Wage set by the Living Wage Foundation.
Fairer hours and contracts
We provide clear, fair contracts and agreed working arrangements. We do not use exploitative employment practices or penalise people for raising concerns about their working hours.
Employee wellbeing
We encourage open conversations about wellbeing, treat legitimate sickness fairly and provide flexibility and appropriate support wherever reasonably possible.
Employee representation
Every employee has direct access to senior management and can raise ideas, suggestions or concerns in a respectful and supportive environment.
Equality, diversity and inclusion
We are committed to equal opportunities, inclusive recruitment, reasonable adjustments and a workplace free from discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
Environmental responsibility
As a digital-first business, we minimise unnecessary printing, postage and travel, use remote meetings where appropriate, extend the safe working life of equipment and arrange responsible reuse or recycling.
Paying fair tax
We commit to paying all applicable taxes, using allowances only for their intended purposes and maintaining an open and transparent relationship with HMRC.
Commitment to customers
We provide clear information, transparent pricing and responsive support. We actively welcome feedback, learn from it and take appropriate action when something has gone wrong.
Ethical sourcing
We consider data protection, information security, employment practices, environmental responsibility and ethical conduct when selecting significant suppliers and partners.
Prompt payment
We pay valid supplier invoices within the agreed terms and aim to pay small suppliers within 30 days.
Customers
Clear promises. Better relationships.
We want every customer to understand what they are buying, what it will cost and what they can expect from us. We communicate openly, avoid unnecessary jargon and take responsibility for the work we deliver.
Customers can share feedback, suggestions or concerns by telephone or email, through our contact form or during project and service reviews. Feedback is considered fairly and used to improve our services. If something goes wrong, we will explain the position honestly and work to put it right.
Security and information governance
Trust is built into our work.
We take the security of our customers and their information seriously. Simpliy is Cyber Essentials certified, demonstrating that recognised technical controls are in place to protect the business against common cyber threats.
Our specialist primary care division has also achieved Standards Exceeded under the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, reflecting the particularly high information-governance standards expected when supporting health and care organisations.
Environment
Less waste. More considered choices.
Our direct environmental footprint is relatively small, but that does not remove our responsibility to understand and reduce it. We operate digitally wherever practical, limit unnecessary travel and physical materials, and consider the environmental practices of significant suppliers.
As Simpliy grows, we will continue reviewing business travel, equipment purchasing, paper use, electronic waste and the environmental credentials of the technology services supporting our work.
Hold us to our commitments.
Responsible business depends on openness and accountability. If you have a question, suggestion or concern about how Simpliy operates, we want to hear from you.
